The Alaia Wars were a series of wars and military engagements between Terranihil and the Kingdom of Pavulturilor over the disputed Alaia region, the wars while had no territorial impact, and the territorial dispute remains to this day.

Prelude

South Ecros War

Following the South Ecros War, Terranihil and Pavulturilor haven't managed to formulate a peace treaty to end hostilities, due to the Pavulturilori invasion, and refusal to withdraw from the sourthern parts of Alaia.

First Alaia War

With tensions from the unresloved land despute reaching their boiling point, the Terranilan govenment has launched an invasion to retake Southern Alaia from the Kingdom of Pavulturilor, starting the First Alaia War.

First battle of Dăbuvana

The First battle of Dăbuvana was the opening battle of the First Alaia war, the battle lasted for 3 days from 3 September to 6 September 1952. The battle ended in Terranilian victory and the temporrary withdrawl of Pavulturilori troops from the area surrounding the town.

Battle of Kerra'a Valley

A day following the initial invasion, Terranilian forces have reached the Kerra'a Valley, where they faced a Pavulturilori force on the hilltop overlooking the valley, after no breakthrough on the first day of the battle, more forces were sent to the valley by both sides, the battle would become a stalemeate until the end of the war on 22 September of the same year and the withdrawl of Terranilian forces.

Operation Sângerare

Following the invasion, the Royal Pavulturilori Air Force launched a massive air operation against Terranilian supply lines on 10 September 1952, to hinder the invasion and help the Royal Pavulturilori Army regroup and launch a counter attack, titled as Operation "Sângerare". The operation was a success, causing the destruction of supply depots near the border, distrupting the Terranilian attack and stopping it dead in its tracks.

Second battle of Dăbuvana

After the success of Operation Sângerare, the Royal Pavulturilori Army launched a counter attack to retake the town and surrounding area. On 11 of September 1952, the counter attack was launched at the Terranilian forces which have since the first battle for the town, advanced further into Southern Alaia, where they they were routed by Pavulturilori Forces back to the town.

After retreating to the occupied town, the Terranilian forces dug in defenses against the incoming Pavulturilori units, the battle was feirce but due to low supplies the Terranilian forces were forced to retreat back beyond the border. Despite the high morale, the Pavulturilori high command forbade chasing the Terranilian forces at that time due to fears of an ambush.
