Headquartered in San Salvador, Creeperopolis, the IPL consists of 21 full and associate members from 17 different countries. It is chaired by José Sáenz Morales, the current Secretary of the Creeperian Initiative.
The IPL provides a forum in which political parties holding similar beliefs can come together and exchange views on matters of policy and organisational interest. From this, they act cooperatively, establish contacts, and present a unified voice toward the promotion of right-wing policies around the Terraconserva.

History
On 15 October 2002, the leaders of thirteen right-wing to far-right political parties met at a summit in San Salvador, Creeperopolis to establish an international political union to coordinate international political cooperation. The thirteen parties established the International Patriotic League, and selected Rubén Franco Alcabú of the Creeperian Initiative (IC) as its first chairman. Notably, the Salisfordian Catholic Labor Front (FdLC) was not a founding member due to its criticism of the Creeperian government at the time, describing it as "corrupt and cruel". The FdLC joined the LPI in September 2003 following the 2003 Creeperian coup d'état which overthrew Franco Alcabú and the government of Emperor Alfonso VI.
