The Sistema di Allerta Precoce in Rete (Networked Early Warning System), commonly abbreviated to SAPIR, is a Royal Salisfordian Air Force system for atmospheric air defense of Salisford. It is made up of ground-based short-range, long-range, and over-the-horizon radar installations. It has been designed with the intention of augmenting air-based AWACS to provide accurate and up-to-data readings to Salisfordian air defense installations and ground-based interceptors. The SAPIR network has also been designed to allow mobile air defense units of the Royal Salisfordian Army to connect to use data from the network when necessary.
