Francesco II (Francesco Carlo Vittoria Valenza, b. November 25, 1978) is the current King of Salisford.

He is the son of King Carlo III and Queen Consort Vittoria du Montalto. He is named after his great-grandfather King Francesco I. He was the first son of Carlo III, and thus was expected to inherit the throne after his father. He attended the Royal Salisfordian Air Force School and he served as a search-and-rescue helicopter pilot in the Royal Salisfordian Air Force Reserve. During his education in the Royal Salisfordian Air Force School, he was introduced to Maria de Virtu, the daughter of a Collino noble. Francesco and Maria married in 1998 and they had two children: Carlo Valenza, Prince of Salisford, and Tezera Valenza, Princess Royal. During his reign as Prince of Salisford under Carlo III, Francesco eschewed public attention and there is a distinct lack of photos of Francesco as Prince except for portraits and photos of him at official events. He took his responsibilies as Prince seriously, and when he was not participating in his military duties he was responsible for assisting his father rule the country.

In June of 2015, his father Carlo III died due to health complications from a wound received during the Salisfordian Civil War, and Francesco would succeed his father as King of Salisford. Francesco II would be coronated in the Royal Cathedral in Savotta in August of 2015.
