Polaenino Marçelo (June 2, 1866 - March 29, 1944), sometimes written Polyanino Marçelo, was a New Illyrian politician who founded the Vanguardist Party (AP) and served as the 5th Grand Marshall of the Union from 1908 to 1925. During his time in office Marçelo established the New Illyrian Foreign Army and led New Illyricum to involvement in the War of the Andaluzian Sea with Jackson and the Rakhmani Civil War.
