Luçeo Moncolo (March 29, 1840 - October 2, 1915) was a New Illyrian politician who served as the Grand Marshall of the Union from 1891 to 1897 and as the Marshall of SE Andrafolia from 1876 to 1891 and again from 1897 to 1910. Moncolo was the leader of the Counter-Reformist Party (CRP) and under his leadership the New Illyrian economy began to semi-stabilize from the New Illyrian depression, however throughout his time he faced heavy opposition from the Reformist Party (RP) and eventually was defeated in the 1897 marshall election by RP candidate Publio Çarçeo.
