The Black League PMC (Pavulturilori: Liga Neagră CMP), also known as Veterans Inc. (Veretani Înc.) due to most of its members being retired elite Pavulturilori soldiers, is a private military company based in Dubătemir, Pavulturilor.

Askanelle

On 7 July 2023 the Askani government announced the involment of the black league PMC in the Second Kaazblenii Conflict.

Majocco

In mid-2023, Black League was hired to guard Majoccoan supply convoies in contested parts of the Idleta Strip, along with training a limited number of army units of the Majoccoan Armed Forces for the price of 2,000,000 Quebecshirite credits.

Uulgadzar

Some have speculated that the death of Esenaysh Khongkhai has to do with the Black League PMC[citation needed], citing the deposit of 700,000 Quebecshirite credits in the company's account 2 days prior to the event, these claims were never confirmed or denied by the CEO Eli Shamir.
