Publius II (686 - January 19, 747) was the king of Illyricum from 730 to 747. Publius was the son of Gaius I, king from 716 to 730. As king, Publius continued the Andrafolian War started by Gaius, finishing it in 731 by conquering Andrafolia and overthrowing the Kingdom of Andrafoliam. Publius spent the rest of his reign fighting the Ragasan Kingdom and securing the eastern border against the Umayyad Caliphate. After his death, Publius was succeeded by his son Dionysyos I.
