History

The Maroto A-2 was built by the Maroto Aircraft Company for the Creeperian Navy and could be converted into either a landplane of a floatplane. It entered service with the navy in 1929 as a torpedo bomber. The biplane saw service with both the Catholic Imperial Restoration Council and the National Council for Peace and Order during the Creeperian Civil War. The aircraft was retired in 1949 following the end of the civil war. Of the 57 aircraft built, 8 survived the civil war and are on display at the Adolfosburg Naval Museum.
