The Botín P-1 was a Creeperian twin-engine piston flying boat built by the Botín Aircraft Corporation.

History

In June 1930, the Botín Aircraft Corporation sought to beat the Maroto Aircraft Company's MA-1 to be the first passenger airliner to be delivered to the newly established national airline, the Creeperian Domestic and International Airway Systems (SANIC). In 1932, the Botín P-1 was displayed in Adolfosburg and flew for the first time. In late-December 1932, SANIC placed an order for 20 Botín P-1 aircraft, however, the outbreak of the Creeperian Civil War in 1933 resulted in the order never being fulfilled.

Only one prototype for the Botín P-1 was ever built. The sole prototype was used by the Creeperian Air Force of the National Council for Peace and Order to transport important officials. The Botín P-1 crashed while landing at Adolfosburg in March 1938, killing all on board, resulting in the sole prototype being scrapped.
