Charlotte Sofia Calonia (August 5, 1566 - April 22, 1620), commonly known as Charlotte of Arajau was the Queen Consort of Illyricum from 1607 to 1618 and wife of Alexander II of Illyricum from 1580 to 1618. During Alexander's reign, Charlotte used her court influence to help install her daughter Maria VII, II, and I as Queen of Ferunia.
