The 2023 Gran-Prix One World Championship is a motor racing championship for Gran-Prix One cars, which is the 64th running of the Gran-Prix One World Championship. It is recognized by the Federazione Internazionale dell'Automobile (FIA), the governing body of international motorsport, as the highest competition for open-wheel racing cars. The championship is contested over twenty-two Grands Prix held around the world. It began in April and ended in November.

Drivers and teams compete for the titles of World Drivers' Champion and World Constructors' Champion, respectively. Fabrizju Zolla won his second consecutive Drivers' Championship title at the Salisford Grand Prix, while his team, Renehan GP1 Team also achieved their second straight Constructors' Championship title, at the preceding Lurjizean Grand Prix.

The season featured an intense title fight between Zolla and Scutari driver Vitale Scutari. The season was described by Gjorka Times's chief sports writer Alex MacSheehy as "one of the most nerve racking title races in the last 30 years". The two drivers exchanged the lead multiple times throughout the season, with Scutari leading Zolla by one point going into the final race of the season. Zolla was able to outscore Scutari by 3 points with his second place finish to Scutari's third place and secure the world championship.

Mid-season changes

At the Paleocacherian Grand Prix, Corona reserve driver Osmín Salinas Quijada made his Gran-Prix One debut, replacing the sick Antonio Guerrero Carpio.

Following poor results from Guerrero Carpio, Corona announced his seat would be filled full time by Salinas Quijada, and was to be replacing Guerrero Carpio from the Tumanitun Grand Prix onward and for the 2024 season as well.

Scoring system

Points are awarded to the top ten classified drivers, the driver who sets the fastest lap during the Grand Prix (only if one of the top ten), and the top eight of the sprint. In the case of a tie on points, a countback system is used where the driver with the most Grand Prix wins is ranked higher (if the number of wins is identical, then the number of second places is considered, and so on). The points are awarded for every race using the following system:
