Mikhail Olegovich Kotlavchenko (born January 13, 1996), is a Rakhmani racing driver operating in the Gran-Prix One competition with the Chienrú GP1 Team, which he has been a part of since his transfer from Iżakk-Crabota GP1 Team following the 2023 season. Kotlavchenko has participated in the Gran-Prix One for 7 years and has placed X in X Gran Prixs. Additionally, he signed the largest racing contract in Rakhmani history in 2017, reportedly recieving ᕮ27 million per year during his tenure with the Iżakk-Crabota GP1 Team.

After progressing through the regional karting scene in Rakhman, Kotlavchenko would be scouted by and join the Iżakk Racing Driver Development Programme in 2008. Personal life

Mikhail Kotlavchenko was born in Krasnoyarsk, Rakhman, as the son of Anatoli Kotlavchenko and Anastasia Voronin. Kotlavchenko grew up in an extremely wealthy household as his mother, Anastasia, was the only sister of contraversial mining magnate Jan Voronin. This provided him the oppurtunity to pursue his passions, a chance he did not take for granted. Initially, Kotlavchenko would take in interest in motorsports and begin practicing in the outskirts of Krasnoyarsk. He would eventually get bored of the sport and participate in numerous wrestling competitions on Rakhman's amateur scene. Unable to find success in wrestling, he would turn back to motorsports where he would ultimately enter the higher echelons of the sport. After proving his abilites in Rakhman, Kotlavchenko would recieve a contract from Iżakk racing and would make his first appearence for the team in the 2017 Baltanlan Gran Prix.

Kotlavchenko during the 2023 Rakhman Grand Prix

Kotlavchenko started his season with a disappointing 11th place finish in the Baltanlan Grand Prix qualifiers, finishing the race in an improved 9th to earn two points. A gearbox problem was reported by both Mikhail, and Izakk driving partner, Frenċ Bakere, as justification for their bad start to the season. The Rakhmani Grand Prix had Kotlavchenko qualify in 12th place, and finish the race with 6 points in 7th. Revisions and adjustments by Iżakk and Crabota were called upon following the Rakhmani Gran Prix, as the gearbox issues of the Crabota CMC2022 had persisted. Mikhail qualified for the Bostonia Grand Prix in 9th, and ended the race pointless after falling to 13th. He both qualified and finished in 11th in the Karimun Grand Prix. The Montcrabe City Grand Prix, at home, led Kotlavchenko to a 14th place qualification and 15th place finish in the race.

Following the Montcrabe City Grand Prix, Iżakk held a press conference to address the poor form at the start of the season, attributing it to a persistent gearbox issue which, they claimed, had now been fixed for the upcoming Creeperian Grand Prix. Kotlavchenko went on to qualify and finish the race in 8th. In the Jackian Grand Prix, he improved on his previous result to finish the race in 7th place.
