The 1987 Gjorkan National Assembly election was an election held in Gjorka in 1987 for control over the National Assembly. This election along with the 1987 Gjorkan presidential election are considered the most fraudulent in Gjorkan history. The Socialist Party was leading by a heavy margin in polls before the election and expected to win a comfortable majority in the National Assembly. However, it actually lost seats causing many to accuse of vote rigging. A late report by the Gjorka Times revealed this to be true as they revealed President Rick Milhous used ballot stuffing and intimidation to cause the Socialists to lose as many as 40 seats they have have otherwise won. This was the last election under the Third Gjorkan Republic before it's collapse due to this scandal, and also election to feature One Nation before it was dissolved.
