The Federation of Gjorka is a federal presidential democratic republic. The President of Gjorka operates both as head of state and head of government, and is appointed by citizens of Gjorka through election. Executive Power is vested in the Government of Gjorka, and is executed by the President in cooperation with The Secretaries of the 10 Departments of Gjorka. Legislative Power is vested in the unicameral National Assembly and it's 450 elected members. Gjorka operates under a multi-party system, with the three largest parties being Gjorka United, Forward Gjorka, and the Green Party. Judicial Power rests in the Judicial System with the highest court of Gjorka being the Supreme Federal Tribunal.
