The Flag of Gjorka is based off the design of the flag of the Third Gjorkan Kingdom, and thus retained some of it's symbolism. The black stripes of the flag represent the land of Gjorka, and the white stripe represents peace. Together, the three stripes represent the unification of the Kingdom of Gior and Kingdom of Jor into the First Gjorkan Kingdom which was the first government to unify all of Gjorka. The Gjorkan Eagle comes from the Gjorkan folklore story known in modern times as An Eagle Watcher. The story tells of a Gjorka being ransacked and pillaged by outside invaders (likely the Ayak Kingdom in Ajakanistan), until one day a eagle descends from the heavens to drive the invaders out (a possible analogy for King Ryan), and protect Gjorka for all-time so that it may prosper. The eagle is made red to represent the blood it, and Gjorkans have spilled to spilled to defend Gjorka.
Flag of Merchant Forces in the First Gjorkan Civil War, they used Black to distance themselves from the traditional blue of Monarchists. Later used by anti-government forces during the Gjorkan Resistance
