The 1982 Gjorkan National Assembly election was an election held in Gjorka in 1982 for control over the National Assembly. This election is considered one of the closest in Gjorkan history as the left-wing parties in the National Assembly gaing 149 seats and the right wing parties also gaing 149 with the vote for majority leader coming down to two independent members. As well the number of seats in the Assembly was increased from 250 to 300.
