The Congress of New Illyricum is the upper house of the Federal Praesidium of New Illyricum. The congress is elected bi-annually by the nation's population through proportional voting and is led by Marshall of Congress Marius Montus. The congress serves to elect the Grand Marshall of the Union, the executive leader of New Illyricum, as well as organizing foreign affairs and the economy.
