Forward Gjorka is one of Gjorka's main political parties, along with it's historical rival Gjorka United. The party sits on the left-centre of the political spectrum, however is considered big tent holding a variety of leftist political ideologies. The party rose to prominence during the Pink Revolution as a youth focused leftist organization. The party's rise continued throughout the 90s splitting the left-wing vote with the Socialist Party, until the Socialist Party's collapse in 1997. In 2001, Joe Wallace became the party's first nominee elected President Currently, the party holds the second most seats in the National Assembly at 158 and a majority coalition with the Green Party. It most recently controlled the presidency from 2011 to 2021 under President Roman Vanderburg.
