The Red Eagle (Rakeoian: Aguila Roja) was an illegal labor representation group from 1937 to 1941, and a left-wing terrorist group from 1943 onward, with the dual goals of "removing the unspoken colonialism still present in the government and actions of our nation" and securing the freedom of labor in a Miguelist-style revolution.

Labor activism

The increased demand for materials as Rakeoian involvement in the Creeperian Civil War escalated meant longer hours, often with no increased compensation for factory workers.

After the passage of the 1939 WP Act, quotas were put into place for companies producing essential goods. In Jinosiá, where multiple companies operated hemp fiber processing factories, a choice on whether to hire more workers was fast approaching. Instead, most opted to increase the hours from a six day week, 10 hour working day in October 1939 to a seven day week, 14 hour working day in November of the same year.

The 1939 Huelga's goal was to secure Sundays as a religious day for the majority Catholic workers. Additionally, in resulting negotiations with the government, a form of overtime pay was introduced for the four "emergency wartime" hours, whereby the work would be compensated through a post-war pension.

The successful strike ballooned the organization's numbers to the largest they would ever see. By 1940, a government report estimated the group’s membership at "350 or more malcontented laborers, most of them Creeps."

In 1941, a new strike was planned for a munitions plant in Jinosiá, but either a leaker or government infiltrator gave an advanced warning to authorities. The Republican government decided to make a show of force- Hundreds of soldiers descended on the strikers, arresting tens of members, and leaving the organization in shambles.

Violent activities

At Olvo Colvéz Navino's urging in 1943, the organization developed its paramilitary capabilities, sponsored members to travel abroad to train with leftwing terror groups and paramilitaries. At least 35 members of the organization operated with the Atheist Red Army. Working with these groups highly alienated the Catholic members of the organization, and most if not all Catholic influence in the organization was gone by 1944.

The mayor of Pentra, the city and headquarters for the Red Eagle, was assassinated in 1944, for a perceived slight against the group. Later the same year, Field General Carl Jozefo and several of his entourage were killed by group members in an ambush, a killing that was celebrated by the group as "our very own Moreno."

Three members of the Rakeoian Sovereignty Front who allegedly collaborated with efforts to quash a Creeperian-led labor movement in Olino were attacked and killed in 1945.

The Red Eagle helped engineer the 1951 Paragon uprising, providing strikers with a small cache of weapons that were mostly confiscated after a week of intense street fighting with Republican soldiers. While the Red Eagle tried to remain otherwise uninvolved in the uprising, two members were caught while trying to set fire to a garrison and were subsequently executed.

On the death of Colvéz Navino in 1953, the group elected to move to have a dual leadership, with authority split between Javíer Pardo Saavedra for political affairs, and Héctor Pareja Guillén for military activities.

As the Partisan Resistance (Creeperopolis) came to a close, Red Eagle provided aid and escape for some members of the resistance, most notably military officer Alcocer Ramírez.

The last act of the Red Eagles would be the 1960 bombing of the newly opened Grand Station of the Stratocratic Republic. After this, the group was effectively destroyed by a focused effort from the Directory of Internal Affairs against partisan activities. In 1961, Pareja Guillén was caught while travelling to visit relatives, and was tried and executed.
