The tbd council (tbd) assigns codenames for military aircraft originating from, operated by, and or used to be operated by air forces of communist and ACES and Global ACES countries' air forces.
When the system began the names were assigned by the tbd (tbd) shortly after the Cooperation and Development Coalition was established, due to the dominant language of the alliance being Creeperian,[a] while at first the list was made up of purely communist equipment, after the formation of the Alliance of Central Ecrosian States, the list expanded to aircraft operated by airfrces of ACES and "ACES-adjacent" countries as well.
