Firearm safety is a school subject taught in every school in Pavulturilor starting from 7th grade, being taught the "Four Basic Rules of Firearm Safety[note 1]" as a mandatory lesson.
Firearm Control
After successfully completing all firearm safety lessons, Students will receive their basic firearm license, this license allows both purchase and possession of any non fully-automatic firearm with a caliber bellow of 20 millimeters, upon enlistment, every citizen gains their complete firearm license, which allows the purchase and possession of every type of firearm with a caliber bellow of 20 millimeters.
Specific special licenses can allow citizens to both purchase and possess firearms of any caliber.

Criticism
Some are critical of the government's "Overtly liberal" arms policy, and cite "Overmilitarisation of society" as their main critique, with the Pavulturilori government's response being that "The right to bear arms is protected by the constitution".
