Gibraltar War
The Gibraltar War[note 1] is an ongoing international military conflict being fought between the Kingdom of Kernow and the Empire of Central America. The conflict is being fought over the status of Gibraltar, an overseas colony of Central America which Kernow seeks to remove.
On 17 April 2023, Central American Emperor PizzaKing13 established three overseas colonies, including one in Gibraltar. The colony was opposed by Kernowek King kaiserjaeger_ who sought to remove Central America from GIbraltar by force if necessary. Prior to the war, kaiserjaeger_ attempted to forge alliances with the American Union and the Banate of Leitha to oppose Central America, succeeding in forming an alliance with Leitha.
War started on 25 April 2023 when the leaders of both nations had a standoff in San Salvador, where kaiserjaeger_ demanded that PizzaKing13 relinquish Central America's control over Gibraltar; the standoff ended in a stalemate after kaiserjaeger_ left San Salvador. On 26 April 2023, Kernow established an outpost in Sevilla, Central America expanded Gibraltar's territory, and the Leithian submarine BLN Swakop was destroyed near Gibraltar. Central America and Kernow directly engaged each other at Gibraltar on 28 April 2023, ending in a tactical Central American victory.

Background
On 17 April 2023, Emperor PizzaKing13 of the Empire of Central America expanded his empire across the world, establishing three overseas colonies: Gibraltar, Kinshasa, and Manaus. That same day, the Kingdom of Kernow was established by King kaiserjaeger_ who would dispute the status of Central America's colony of Gibraltar. Despite his opposition to Central America's colony, kaiserjaeger_ purchased eleven mending books from PizzaKing13 for twenty-two ancient debris the following day.
Prelude
Kernow–American Union dialogue
On 20 April 2023, Kernow entered into negotiations with the American Union regarding a dispute regarding stolen property and Kernow's colony in Uruguay, and kaiserjaeger_ demanded the American Union's commitment to opposing the Central American Empire's control over Gibraltar. OnTheHorizon143 responded to kaiserjaeger_'s demand proposing to instead negotiate Central America's departure from Gibraltar, which kaiserjaeger_ accepted. HolyEpicPenguin, the president of the American Union, wanted to know why kaiserjaeger_ cared about Gibraltar, to which kaiserjaeger_ responded, stating "Same reason you guys [the American Union] care about Uruguay. It's European territory".
OnTheHorizon143 later criticized kaiserjaeger_ for not buying Gibraltar off of Central America with netherite on the day which he purchased eleven mending books. When .SquarishRhino44 asked kaiserjaeger_ to clarify his position regarding the American Union and Gibraltar, kaiserjaeger_ stated that he wanted the American Union to oppose the Central American colony and not to take direct action; .SquarishRhino44 responded by stating, "[it's Central America's] own ideology within the [A]mericas [...] We cannot negotiate on [its] behalf, thats [its] territories".
Kernow–Leitha–Persepoli negotiations
On 24 April 2023, PizzaKing13 told kaiserjaeger_ "I'll leave Gibraltar if you get me 6 beacons and full netherite block pedestal for it"., to which kaiserjaeger_ stated "I will take Gibraltar by force". In response to kaiserjaeger_'s statement, .F44D0 stated that he believed a war over Gibraltar could begin, stating that he was glad that he was not treaty-bound to defend Gibraltar. HolyEpicPenguin stated "Oh yes".
On 25 April 2023, Ban LeotropolisG of the Banate of Leitha sought to ally with Kernow, to which kaiserjaeger_ responded by saying "Idk about that [...] unless y'all will help me liberate Gibraltar [...] that's my only goal". LeotropolisG accepted, stating that it "sounds fair". Later, Supreme Oracle .DowletAliyee of the Kingdom of Persepoli stated that both he and LeotropolisG will try to assist Kernow. Neither Leitha nor Persepoli asked for anything in return for it helping Kernow fight to control Gibraltar. .F44D0 commented on the negotiation by stating "Y'all wanna take Gibraltar? [...] [Good luck]"; kaiserjaeger_ responded, stating "I am *going* to take Gibraltar".

At the beginning of the war, PizzaKing13 was equipped with full enchanted netherite armor. Additionally, he is armed with an enchanted netherite sword, an enchanted bow, an enchanted netherite pickaxe, and an enchanted shield. He also has several boats available to him. Prior to the war, PizzaKing13 had also fought during the Battle of the Black Sea on 16 April 2023 and participated in the 2023 Iron Ingot protests.
Kingdom of Kernow

At the beginning of the war, kaiserjaeger_ was equipped with full netherite armor. Additionally, he is armed with a netherite sword, an enchanted bow, a netherite pickaxe, and a shield. Prior to the war, kaiserjaeger_ had fought in the short-lived England conflict involving HolyEpicPenguin of the American Union. Kernow was supported by a submarine, the BLN Swakop, from Leitha before it was destroyed on 26 April 2023.
Conflict
25 April
On 25 April 2023, after having a brief standoff with the American Union in Pennsylvania, kaiserjaeger_ wished to enforce his claim on Gibraltar against Central America. .F44D0 told kaiserjaeger_ to not take Gibraltar, claiming that there are diamonds located underneath it. PizzaKing13 refuted .F44D0's claim, but acknowledged that he had not mined in Gibraltar and could not verify if there were diamonds there or not.
Later that day, at 10:15 p.m. EDT, kaiserjaeger_ arrived in San Salvador just as PizzaKing13 returned from Europe with a sheep. He demanded that Central America relinquish its control over Gibraltar, to which PizzaKing13 refused. Upon the refusal, Kernow declared war on Central America and kaiserjaeger_ attempted to burn down Central America's crop farm, failing in the process. He then attempted to steal the sheep PizzaKing13 brought from Europe, but PizzaKing13 killed the sheep before kaiserjaeger_ could kill it. As the stalemate persisted, kaiserjaeger_ departed San Salvador, stating that he would "murder" PizzaKing13 the next day.
HolyEpicPenguin briefly visited San Salvador during the San Salvador standoff to see what was happening. He encourage both leaders to fight, and stated "yeah [PizzaKing13] is going to keep [G]ibraltar". After kaiserjaeger_ left, HolyEpicPenguin stated "exceedingly common br*tish L". Additionally, .F44D0 of the Holy Gamer Reich (HGR) encouraged both leaders to fight, stating "fight for [G]ibraltar" and "[G]ibraltar is a legendary country we must keep", but has stated his neutrality in the conflict.
26 April
On 26 April 2023, PizzaKing13 was killing wither skeletons in order to acquire three wither skeleton skulls. He was accused by .F44D0, HolyEpicPenguin, .HeliopolisHVL, and Froginavase of attempting to acquire a weapon of mass destruction with the intent to "inflict mass casualties" as a part of the Gibraltar War. PizzaKing13 denied the allegations and accused them of defamation.
That same day, kaiserjaeger_ established an outpost near Sevilla, just north of Gibraltar, to oppose the Central American claim. Despite his threat to kill PizzaKing13 the following day, kaiserjaeger_ did not attack or kill PizzaKing13. In response to the outpost's establishment, Central America expanded the size of the Gibraltar outpost and constructed a monument in Gibraltar affirming Central America's ownership of the territory.
Sometime on 26 April 2023, Leitha dispatched BLN Swakop submarine to Gibraltar. Seeing it as an act of aggression, Central America destroyed and sunk the submarine. After Swakop was destroyed, PizzaKing13 personally visited Balatonújszállás, the capital of Leitha, and offered peace, leaving ten emeralds, sixty-four carrots, and one blaze rod as compensation for the submarine's destruction.
27 April
On 27 April 2023, kaiserjaeger_ asked the American Union if assassination PizzaKing13 in American Union territory would negatively affect diplomatic relations between Kernow and the American Union. General MrMcgee117 said "yes", while HolyEpicPenguin stated "do it [...] sadly [you're] too much of a pussy to [do so]"; MrMcgee117 then changed his mind also also encouraged kaiserjaeger_ to "do it", but kaiserjaeger_ stated that he had a "bigger issue" to deal with. PizzaKing13 responded to kaiserjaeger_'s statement by saying "sucks to suck".
The interaction occurred as PizzaKing13 met with HolyEpicPenguin and MrMcgee117 in New York to sign the Treaty of New York, a mutual defense treaty between Central America and the American Union, as well as a treaty to defend the Americas from any attempts by non-Americans to colonize, annex, or destroy territory in the Americas. After the treaty was signed, the American Union established two outposts near Gibraltar.
28 April
On 28 April 2023, Leitha established an outpost near Gibraltar as a response to the sinking of Swakop. Later that day PizzaKing13 and kaiserjaeger_ encountered each other at Gibraltar, with PizzaKing13 taunting kaiserjaeger_ about the "decoration" he made to the area. During the standoff the two had, kaiserjaeger_ killed a random sheep, which PizzaKing13 condemned as targeting civilians. PizzaKing13 attempted to poison kaiserjaeger_ but failed. After the standoff, both leaders returned to their respective countries.
PizzaKing13 returned to Gibraltar and began construction of a castle to better defend Gibraltar. During construction, kaiserjaeger_ arrived at Gibraltar and entered the castle during its construction, and the two leaders engaged in another standoff. During the standoff, kaiserjaeger_ attempted to poison PizzaKing13 but failed. After a few minutes, kaiserjaeger_ left and PizzaKing13 completed the castle. kaiserjaeger_ returned and attempted to poison PizzaKing13 again, but again failed.
After kaiserjaeger_ left the castle's grounds, PizzaKing13 called him a coward for leaving. Upon returning, kaiserjaeger_ came under arrow fire from PizzaKing13, being hit multiple times while seeking refuge on a mountain near the castle. kaiserjaeger_ left the siege but quickly returned, receiving more fire from PizzaKing13. While under fire, kaiserjaeger_ built a makeshift fortification near the castle, which PizzaKing13 assaulted in an attempt to flush out kaiserjaeger_. After receiving continued fire from PizzaKing13, kaiserjaeger_ left Gibraltar and told PizzaKing13 "[want to] have a fair fight or [not?]", ending the siege.
Following the siege, OnTheHorizon143 stated that he hoped peace could be restored following the end of the Gibraltar War, to which kaiserjaeger_ responded by stating, "Gibraltar being over is no simple feat".
