The Alpine Republic of Tirol (commonly Tirol, formerly The Tirol Region), is a League politician and was the longest serving Director of Foreign Affairs of The League. Previously he served as Leader of the Official Opposition from June to July 2018 representing the Classic Party. He was a Council Delegate from March to April 2021, however he rejected nomination to serve another term from April. Tirol first joined NationStates on 26 March 2016 and has taken several hiatuses since founding. Tirol has held various political positions in the Imperialist Union, Great Conservative Alliance and the League. Throughout his political career, Tirol's political position has varied from democratic socialist, to social democratic.
