The New Illyrian constitutional referendum, commonly known in New Illyricum as the Federation Referendum, was a referendum taken from August 10 - 24, 2024 asking whether the population they approve of the 2024 Constitution of New Illyricum offered by the New Illyrian government. In a tight vote, the constitution was narrowly approved by a margin of less than 3 million votes, however the states of SE The Eisley, SE Alephonicum, SE Italia Oest, and SE Tuscinum all voted not to approve the constitution.
