Richard Cornell was born in 1918. He enlisted in a local militia in the outskirts of Olino at the age of 22, and rose steadily through the ranks until 1956, where Olino's forces were drafted into the Rakeoian Civil War. After being mobilized to the southern front, Cornell's unit proved instrumental in the southern militant defense.
Career as General Secretary
In the aftermath of the southern offensive, Cornell self promoted himself to the new rank of General Secretary. After a period of infighting, this position was solidified in the postwar stratocratic government- Critics of Cornell point to the disappearance of his political opponents in this time as evidence of his brutality.
Promotion to Eternal General Secretary
After his death on XXXXX, Richard Cornell was declared Eternal General Secretary, a spiritual position. Template:Notable Rakeoians
