The Black League PMC (Pavulturilori: Liga Neagră CMP), also known as Veterans Inc. (Veretani Înc.) due to most of its members being retired Pavulturilori soldiers, is a private military company based in Dubătemir, Pavulturilor

There are rumors that black league merceneries are invloved in the Conflict of the Black Roses, however there are no concrete evidance to support those claims.

Some have speculated that the death of Esenaysh Khongkhai has to do with the Black League PMC, citing the deposit of 700,000 Quebecshirite credits in the company's account 2 days prior to the fire of the Uulnot Presidential Palace, these claims were never confirmed or denied by the CEO Eli Shamir.
