Uulgadzar (Uulgadzan: Уулгазар [ʊʊɮɡatsar]), officially the Uulgadzar Republic (Uulgadzan: Бүгд Найрамдах Уулгазар Улс [pukt nɛːramtax ʊʊɮɡatsar ʊɮs]), is a land-locked nation in Ostlandet. It is bordered by Syntsi to the northwest, Byasa to the northeast, Zloveshchiy to the east, Gjorka to the southeast, and Ajakanistan to the south. Uulgadzar's capital and largest city is Uulhot. In 2020, Uulgadzar had a population of 6,200,319, making it the least populated country on mainland Ostlandet and the fourth least populated country in the world.

Uulgadzar is the world's eighth smallest economy and Ostlandet's smallest economy at ₵82,206,743,452. The official currency of Uulgadzar is the tögrög. The nation struggles with a high suicide rate and the highest rate of intentional homicides in Ostlandet. The nation's rate of violent crimes and terrorist attacks has drastically increased since the 7 July riots.

The Uulgadzar national football team (Uulgadzan: Уулгазар хөлбөмбөг үндэсний баг) represents Uulgadzar in international men's football and has since its establishment in 1993. The team is governed by the National Football Union (ҮXХ), the governing body of football in Uulgadzar. It is a member of the OFL and TUFA.
