The Vanocan War (Illyrian Iberic: Gero Vanoco, Eiselyian Iberic: Geurro Vanoco) was a military conflict in the Socialist Republic of The Eisley between Jano Vanoco, the incumbent President of The Eisley, and opposition leader Luceo Saraneo, who was supported by New Illyricum. The war began on April 28, 1954, when Jano Vanoco led a coup and overthrew the government, suspending the Congress of The Eisley indefinitely, and it would last until Vanoco's suicide on February 19, 1956.
