The Museum of Art (Illyrian Iberic: Museo de Arte) also known as the New Illyrian National Gallery (Illyrian Iberic: Naceonal Galerae de Novo Elyreco) in Porto Enateo, New Illyricum, is the World's second largest art gallery, and was founded in 1674 by Montcrabin Prince Maximiano I to commemorate the founding of the Viceroyalty of Ilírica. In 1704 the Montcrabin National Gallery in Montcrabe City burned down, forcing all of the surviving pieces to be moved to Porto Enateo, adding to a collection already including many paintings of famous Illyrian artists such as Julian. In 1722 Viceroy of Ilírica Cirilo Sousa permanently purchased the art from Montcrabe, and later that same year he expanded the collection and even purchased several private collections, including part of the collection of Rakhmani painter Igor Nikitin. During the Illyric Revolution the museum was almost burned down several times, however it survived the turbulent 1800s and was significantly expanded in 2008 as part of the 150th celebration of the founding of New Illyricum.
