Gao Jingyi (Monsilvan: 高靜儀; born 5 December 1956) is a Monsilvan politician and former leader of the Liberal Party from 2018 to 2024. Gao has also previously served as third-party spokesperson for foreign affairs from 2011 to 2018, deputy leader of the Liberal Party from 2007 to 2018, and as minister for foreign affairs from 1996 to 2000. As a member of the Liberal Party, Gao has served as a member of the Legislative Assembly since 1988, representing Xiamen South from 1988 to 2004, Xiamen West from 2004 to 2023, and Amking State North since 2023.

Gao was born in Yuliao in the Kingdom of Monsilva in December 1956. She studied international development at the University of Zhangye. Gao joined the Liberal Party soon after her graduation in 1979. From 1979 to 1988, Gao worked at a project development company based in Zhangye. She resigned from her position upon her election as a member of the Legislative Assembly for Xiamen South at the 1988 federal election. Gao was a popular member of the Liberal Party, having quickly gained a reputation amongst members all across the country. During the government of Qi Hu from 1992 to 1996, Gao became more recognized amongst all members of the Legislative Assembly for her vocal criticisms on Qi's government. In 1996, she was selected to be the minister for foreign affairs in Suen Shi-huang's FDP—Liberal coalition. She is one of few Liberal Party members to have served in government.

Later in her political career, having served on the backbenches for 7 years after being minister for foreign affairs, she was elected to be the deputy leader of the Liberal Party under Cai Chuang. She was retained as deputy leader upon the resignation of Cai and the election of Huan Yüan as leader of the Liberal Party. Huan also appointed Gao to be the third-party spokesperson for foreign affairs. She served in that role until 2018, when she was elected to succeed Huan as leader of the Liberal Party. She led the Liberal Party through the 2020 and 2023 federal elections, witnessing the party reach its highest proportion of seats and highest vote share in history at the 2023 election. In November 2024, Gao resigned as leader of the liberal party citing her declining physical health and announced she would retire as a politician at the next federal election, having served as an MP for over 36 years.
