A Monsilvan passport (Monsilvan: 山共和国护照; Pinyin: Shān Gònghéguó hùzhào), or Monsilvan Republic passport is a travel document that is issued to nationals of the Monsilvan Republic. The passport grants its bearer the ability to prove their citizenship of Monsilva as well as serving the owner international passage based on the travel requirements administered to Monsilvan citizens. The passport can also be used to request and recieve assistance from Monsilvan embassies across Terraconserva. The creation, printing and issuing of Monsilvan passports are handled by the Monsilvan Passport Office (山国护照署) which is an agency of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
The first Monsilvan passports originated in 1918 during the Kingdom of Monsilva and were mainly issued to diplomats. In 1982, four years after the establishment of the Monsilvan Republic, the passport was redesigned and issued as machine-readable. The passports remained the same until 2008, when all passports after January 2008 would be biometric. As of March 2022, approximately 70% of Monsilvan citizens are in posession of a valid passport. Many Monsilvans living abroad have a Monsilvan passport as their secondary passport, with a foreign passport being their primary.
