The Emirate of Alephonia (Arabic: إمارة ألفونيا) was a historic country in modern day SE Alephonicum which was founded following the Abbasid-Illyrian War and was centered around the capital city of Alephonia. The emirate would moderate trade throughout the region for several centuries before succession crises and continued political tensions between the Terranilian Empire and the Kingdom of Illyricum led to its eventual collapse at the hands of Illyricum following the assassination of final Emir Sulaiman ibn Saud al Muhammad.
