Emelio Embarçeo (June 14, 1880 - February 9, 1948) was a New Illyrian foreign minister who served as the New Illyrian ambassador to Creeperopolis from 1926 to 1940. Embarçeo led the Embarçeo Mission in 1928 which strengthened relations with the State of the Church and established the Embarçeo-Barroso Curbelo Pact with Atlántida, securing New Illyrian sea routes in the Southern Ocean. Embarçeo later during the Creeperian Civil War heavily pushed for New Illyrian neutrality and opposed supporting the National Council for Peace and Order. Embarçeo also was the official No Man's Party candidate in the 1944 New Illyrian marshall election, however he failed to gain any votes.
