Cornelius Antoninus Pius (October 14, 1483 - February 9, 1562) was an Illyrian religious leader who served as the Patriarch of Illyricum from 1537 to 1561. Pius was an influential leader during the reign of King Julius VIII of Illyricum and helped install his daughter Julia II on the throne in 1555. Pius also helped gather Catholic forces and secured alliances between Illyricum and Ferunia and Trurnia in the Illyrian War of Succession. Following the Siege of Tudino in 1561 and Severus Adrianus' accession to the throne, Pius was removed from officer and replaced by Marius Pollius. Pius was later executed in 1562.
