Abortion in New Illyricum

Abortion in New Illyricum is illegal in all cases except for specific scenarios in which the birth would threaten the mother's health, and all situations when the child has been conceived through rape or incest. Abortion was previously punishable by death in the Viceroyalty of Ilírica and the New Kingdom of Illyricum, however it was officially legalized in New Illyricum in the Constitution. In New Illyricum in 2023 there were 106 recorded abortions.
