The People's New Party (Monsilvan: 人民新党, Pinyin: Rénmín Xīndǎng) or the PNP, is a Monsilvan nationalist political party in the Monsilvan Republic. Since 2020, the PNP has been a member of the RNP lead Nationalist Coalition alongside Innovate Monsilva. The highest number of seats the PNP have in a state parliament is 3 in the Weishi State Parliament.

The PNP was founded in October 2000 out of a split from the Reformed National Party which took place after the 2000 federal election, where the RNP saw its biggest loss since the establishment of the Monsilvan Republic in 1978. The PNP was created by members of the party who were more affiliated with right-wing politics as opposed to centre-right politics. It's ideology focuses around Monsilvan nationalism, promoting the unity and identity of Monsilvan people as a distinct ethnic group and culture, as well as opposing foreign religion and encouraging Taoist and Confucian thought.

The party won its first seats in the 2023 federal election, which took place after the Legislative Reform Act 2023 and the Electoral Reform Act 2023, winning 25 of the 454 seats in the Legislative Assembly. As of the latest state elections, the PNP has 14 total seats across all State Parliaments, the most being for Weishi at three seats.

The photo used on news articles of Xiong Yuan being arrested in 2014. According to the police, he had been shouting derogatory and offensive comments in a public park in Zhangye, but the People's New Party denied that was the case.

The party is known for its controversial opinions and right-wing views. Because of this, the party has ended up in multiple scandals, including in 2014, when a People's New Party politician called Xiong Yuan was arrested for shouting racial slurs in a public park which caused a great amount of conflict between the party and the FDP government who had opposing thoughts on the matter. The party is very sceptic of the Ostlandet Union and claims it hinders the nation's economic growth and will "deteriorate the Monsilvan identity".
