Electoral process
In the lead up to the election, the CODECO-led government, the tribal militias, and other groups negotiated the future electoral and political system of the country. The negotiation, which took into account the ethnic and racial make up of the country, resulted as follows:
- Sequoyah will be led by two presidents and a vice president.
- One president will be a white Sequoyan, elected in an election where only white Sequoyans can vote and run.
- One president will be a tribal Sequoyan, elected in an election where only tribal Sequoyans can vote and run.
- The vice president will be a Creeperian, elected in an election where only Creeperans can vote and run.
- Provincial representatives to the Congress will be elected in a single provincial-wide election for each province in a open list proportional representation election.
