Thomas Dobbs Reynolds (born July 31, 1966) is a former commissioner of the Gjorkan Peil League (SPG) from 2005 to 2007. Reynolds succeeded long time commissioner David Hayes in 2005 following a five round vote during an owners meeting. Reynolds tenure as commissioner was plagued with scandal. The SPG was investigated by the National Assembly Investigations Committee for alleged corrupt financial practices. The scandal culminated with Reynolds resigning in 2008.
