Roland Allen Kirk (born March 15, 1967) is the current commissioner of the Gjorkan Peil League (SPG). Kirk succeeded Thomas Reynolds in 2007 following Reynolds's resignation in the wake of a corruption scandal that faced the league. Kirk was voted unanimously to become commissioner on September 1, 2008 during an owners meeting and on September 15, 2008 he officially became commissioner of the league. Kirk is the son-in-law of Vice President John Burreaux.
