David McDaniel Hayes (born June 30, 1958) is a former commissioner of the Gjorkan Peil League (SPG) from 1986 to 2005. Hayes is the longest serving commissioner having served 19 years at the position. He succeeded the leagues first commissioner Louie Walsh in 1986 with unanimous consent by the owners.
