The Monsilvan Pirate Party (Monsilvan: 山国海盗党; pinyin: Shānguó Hǎidàodǎng) is a political party in Monsilva. The party follows the pirate political doctrine which was developed by the Ajaki Pirate Party. It focuses on policies aiming to improve civil rights, as well as improving data protection and privacy, government transparency, and widespread access to information and education. It also supports direct democracy, increasing the say citizens have on their government's actions. The party was also founded upon the basis of overhauling copyright and patent law, and opposing all forms of censorship.
The Monsilvan Pirate Party was founded in Amking on 16 June 2011, with an inaugral membership of 20 people. By 2014, the party had grown its membership to over 400 people. As of 2023, the party has over 1900 members. The party has put up candidates for every state election since 2012; every presidential election since 2013; and every federal election since 2016. While the party has consistently won more than 80,000 votes in every election since 2016, the party has failed to win any seats in the Monsilvan parliament. In 2024, the Monsilvan Pirate Party founded the Shaoyunese Pirate Party, a branch of the party which operates solely in Shaoyu.
