The Gjorka City Senate is the legislature for the Gjorkan District of Gjorka City. It is a unicameral body elected every 2 and a half years via ranked-choice voting. Due to the supremacy of federal law, the Senate has little power over their district mainly serving as a intermediary between the district and the National Assembly law-wise.

The Senate in Gjorka City has been a battleground for Gjorka's major parties for much of his history. Since 2000, the Senate has swapped control from Forward Gjorka to Gjorka United. Following the 2021 election, Forward Gjorka gained a plurality of seats and secured a majority due to Independent members caucusing with the party.
