Eustacio Miguel Mena y Quijada (3 April 1888 – 30 July 1949) was a Creeperian death squad leader. He was executed by the Catholic Imperial Restoration Council for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and his affiliation with the National Council for Peace and Order during the Creeperian Civil War.
