The CONFUSUR Surcampeon (abbreviated as CSC, SCP, and CONFUSUR SC) is an annual club football competition organized by the Confederation of Surian Football and contested by 24 of the top-division Surian clubs, deciding the winners through a double-legged knockout format, and a single leg final. The champions of each nation's domestic league and each league's runner-up (and for some nations, multiple runners-up) compete in a group stage and subsequent two-legged knockout bracket. It is one of the most prestigious football tournaments in the world, and the most prestigious club competition in Surian football.
Its first edition was held in 1955–56 as the CONFUSUR Crown Cup, before being renamed to the CONFUSUR Surcampeon in 1962–63.
