The Baltanese Civil War or known as the Third Baltanese Civil War was a war against the People's Republic of Baltanla and the Baltanese State soon became, the Federal States of Baltanla. The war started in 1962 and ended during the Fall of Mitrea in 1989. Due to the Communists failing the Baltanese Nation, Republicans in the east had enough with staying in cover gathering support overtime and would establish militas and armies of man against the People's Republic. The first city to fall was Saigone and would be the Capital of the Baltanese Republican Army and the spark of the civil war would enrage.

There was three parts of the civil war, the Nationalist Side, the Communist and the Republican Army, the Baltanese Civil War is noted as Baltanla's most deadly war bringing in millions of deaths and hundreds of thousands in casualties also being known as one of Ostlandet's deadliest wars of the 20th Century.
