Much of the beginning of his term as president has been focused on ridding the government of corruption, waste, and inefficiencies, including the influene of large corporations and interests groups. Weber also served as the Prime Minister of Icaris under presidents Vidal, Franco, and Papillion. Before being elected Prime Minister, Weber served three terms of the State Delegate from Eskimone's 1st District. He is known in Paletaph and among his colleagues as "the crisis manager" due to his involvement in bringing stability after both the Araújo and Papillion controversies.
