Zachary Welsh is an Icarisian politician, soccer coach, public speaker and leadership strategist.
Welsh gained notoriety as the head manager for the Paletaph Pale Swans professional soccer team from 2057-2064.
After leaving his position as maager of the Pale Swans, Welsh launched his career as a civic leader; he wrote a book on sports and urban leadership, engaged in numerous public speaking engagements and eventually became a leadership strategist for State Delegate Ashley Holme from 2064-2066.
He is the founder of a leadership mentorship program for Paletaph Youth and founded the Paletaph Community Leadership Summit.
In 2066, Welsh launched his career into politics by running and being elected as Mayor of city.
After losing the 2070 election for Paletaph's 1st District, he went to work as Chief of Staff for Leo Mahmeti before joining Rye Kovan's team in 2072 as a leadership strategist.
In 2073, Welsh launched his second campaign for Delegate from Paletaph's 1st District, winning by an overwhelming majority.
