Raúl Buenaventura (b. 2013) is the seventh and current Speaker of the Council of Delegates of The Theocratic States of Icaris. Before serving as Speaker he was the State Delegate from Paletaph's 1st District and State Minister from Paletaph. During the presidencies of Eli Dupont, Santiago Franco (2058-2061), and Isabella Vidal, he served as the Minister of Judicial Oversight.
