The International Chess Federation or World Chess Federation, commonly referred to by its Rakhi acronym FBS (Rakhi: Федератсияи Байналмилалии Шоҳмот), is an international organization based in Rakhman that connects the various national chess federations and acts as the governing body of international chess competition. The FBS was founded in Novinsk, Rakhman, on 23 February 1891. Its motto is Ба сӯи Ғалаба ҳаракат кунед, Rakhi for 'Move toward victory'. As of October 2022, there are TBD member federations of the FBS.
